The ESG Committee, in partnership with Pickering Energy Partners, delivers a competitive, forward-thinking Energy Sustainability Reporting Program: the next wave of reporting requirements and expectations

Organizations must be responsive to society’s shifting expectations around sustainability reporting and open to adapting to the many opportunities and challenges that the future holds. Energy Workforce’s Energy Sustainability
 Reporting Program, the only one focused solely on the energy industry, provides participants with the knowledge and tools needed to implement and sustain a sustainability program. 

The comprehensive curriculum includes a series of lectures, best practice knowledge sharing and interactive discussions on the evolution of ESG’s influence, how to address the impact of the regulatory landscape, investor management and sustainability landscape, and addressing and completing reporting frameworks.

About the Energy Sustainability Reporting Program
The Energy Sustainability Reporting Program presents participants with a comprehensive sustainability experience, from the fundamentals of developing a sustainability program, to discussions on frameworks, materiality, and reporting.


Three programs are offered: a year-long hybrid course, foundational classes or a two-day deep dive. Download the programs brochure to learn more.

  • Attend three interactive virtual seminars:
    • March 28, 2024: 9 - 11 a.m.
    • May 7, 2024: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
    • September 10, 2024: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
  • Attend two in-person deep dive seminars
    • ​October 15, 2024: 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
    • November 19, 2024: 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
  • One company coaching session

Members who complete two of the Energy Workforce's year-long training programs will be recognized as an
Energy Workforce & Technology Council Certified Executive. The designation signifies that the member has received the development required to address key defining issues for the future of the industry. Members typically participate in one program at a time; however they can be overlapped.
