The Executive Address is an opportunity to hear first-hand what’s on the minds of industry leaders.
This event, the eighteenth in the series, features Board Chair Scott Livingston, President, Energy Products and Services, NOV. He will share his knowledge and experience in oil and gas, as well as impart the career and leadership lessons, pitfalls and guidelines that only a lifelong career in oil and gas can provide. Questions are welcome and encouraged.

Topgolf is a premier golf entertainment complex where the competition of sport meets your favorite local hangout spot. Just picture a 215-yard outfield with dartboard-like targets in the ground. The closer to the center or bull’s-eye, you get and the farther out you hit your microchipped balls, the more points you receive. Prizes will be awarded for best and worst team scores, and best individual score.

NOV
Scott Livingston currently serves as President, Energy Products and Services, one of two business segments for NOV, a leading worldwide provider of the equipment and components used in drilling and production operations and services to the global upstream oil and gas industry.
Scott has worked for NOV since 2001, garnering increasing levels of responsibilities with projects and operations for newbuild offshore vessels, including six years in Singapore overseeing installation and commissioning for new rigs during the height of the offshore build cycle in SE Asia. After returning to Houston in 2012 Scott spent the remainder of his career running business units involved in Drilling and Completions operations before assuming his current role at the beginning of 2024 as Segment President, reporting to the CEO.
Prior to joining NOV, Scott served 8 years in the US Air Force involved in maintenance, logistics, and program management for new aircraft weapons systems.
Scott graduated from Texas A&M with a BS in Industrial Engineering, earned a MS in Logistics Management, and attended the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton Business School.
