Ms. Fox has been President, CEO, Secretary, and Director of the Company since July 2015, after previously serving as CFO and VP of Strategic Development from 2013 to 2015. She also held the role of Interim CFO twice between 2015 and 2017. Before joining the Company, she was a Managing Director at SCF Partners, a private equity firm focused on energy services. Earlier in her career, Ms. Fox served in the U.S. Marine Corps, working in Iraq on counterinsurgency tactics, and held investment banking roles at Prudential Securities and Warburg Dillon Read. She holds a B.S. from Georgetown and an MBA from Harvard and serves on several boards, including Devon Energy and the American Petroleum Institute.
Neal Lux

Mr. Lux has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since February 2022. Marshall Dodson
President, Chief Executive Officer; Key Energy Services
Mr. Dodson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director on March 23, 2020 after serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer since December 30, 2019. Mr. Dodson joined Key as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer on August 22, 2005 and served in that capacity until being appointed Vice President and Treasurer on June 8, 2009. He was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer on March 25, 2013 and served in that role until March 23, 2020. Prior to joining Key, Mr. Dodson served in various capacities at Dynegy, Inc., an electric generation and trading company. Prior to joining Dynegy Inc. in 2001, Mr. Dodson worked at Arthur Andersen LLP in Houston, Texas, where he started his career in 1993. Mr. Dodson has served as a director for Enduro Resource Partners LLC, a private exploration and production company and AFTI, a private Canadian oilfield technology company. Mr. Dodson received a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993.
Justin Whitley
General Counsel, Ranger Energy Services
Justin Whitley has over two decades of legal experience in the oil and gas industry. He joined Ranger Energy Services as its General Counsel in 2022. Prior to joining Ranger, he served as Parker Wellbore’s Deputy General Counsel for Parker Wellbore, where he managed the legal and risk departments and provided a broad range of legal support including negotiating commercial transactions, managing litigation, and advising operations in all global locations. Prior to his time at Parker Wellbore, he was a litigator at reputable law firms in Houston, including Winstead PC, representing a diverse group of clients in energy and other industries.
Ross Guthrie
VP of Business Development, Cashline Solutions
Mr. Guthrie joined CashLine Solutions in March of 2021. Prior to joining CashLine, he served as V.P. of Order-To-Cash for Key Energy Services from May of 2009 through March of 2021, he served as Director of Credit & Collections, Western Hemisphere for Weatherford International, a publicly traded company and one of the largest multinational oilfield service companies, from February 2008 through May 2009. From December 1999 through February 2008, Mr. Guthrie served as Director of Credit & Collections with BJ Services Company. From March 1999 through December 1999, Mr. Guthrie served as Manager – Financial Services for National Oil-Well Service. From September 1997 through March 1999, Mr. Guthrie served as Credit Manager for Nabors Drilling USA, Inc. From September 1990 through September 1997, Mr. Guthrie served as SR. Account Analyst, Customer Financial Services with Halliburton Energy Services, Inc. Mr. Guthrie received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Midwestern State University in 1989.
Neil Jones
VP Unit Manager - Trade Credit Risk Solutions, Lockton
Neil leads the Trade Credit Risk Solutions team at Lockton Texas and brings more than 20 years of trade credit insurance experience. He has placed and managed accounts ranging from domestic middle market to Fortune 100 clients as well as global programs. In his role as a Unit Manager with Lockton, Neil is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with trade credit insurers. He coordinates and manages the marketing and placement of coverage for trade credit risks. He is a Texas Series resource focused on developing solutions with a consultative approach and a member of Lockton’s Global Trade Credit Practice. He draws upon his industry experience to develop customized and practical solutions to achieve his clients’ desired goals.
Tia Hopkins
Chief Resillience Officer & Field CTO, eSentire
As Chief Cyber Resilience Officer & Field CTO, Tia Hopkins is focused on engaging with the cybersecurity community, providing thought leadership, supporting strategic customer and partner engagements, and working closely with the sales, marketing, product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive security outcome-focused initiatives. She has spent the past 20+ years of her career in various IT and IT Security roles and has over a decade of experience in the managed services space. Outside of her role at eSentire, Tia is also an adjunct professor of Cybersecurity at Yeshiva University and is currently pursuing her PhD in Cybersecurity Leadership. Tia holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology, M.Sc. in Information Security and Assurance, a M.Sc. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, as well as a Master of Business Administration. She was recognized by SC Media as a 2019 Reboot Leadership Award recipient in the Outstanding Educator category. In 2020, Tia was awarded The Software Report’s Top 25 Women Leaders in Cybersecurity and the Cyber Defense Magazine’s Top 100 Women in Cybersecurity, and in 2021 was recognized by IFSEC Global as a top global influencer in the Security Executives category. Tia has been most recently recognized as Team Leader of the Year at the SANS Institute.
Jim Mundy

Jim Mundy is the National Security Specialist at Intelisys, where he advises trusted partners and their clients on comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. With over 30 years of experience spanning telecommunications, managed services, and cybersecurity, Jim has a proven track record in helping organizations secure their networks in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape. Before joining Intelisys, Jim served as Director of Security Operations at Segra, a leading independent fiber network provider. There, he led a team of cybersecurity engineers and analysts in managing Segra’s security operations center (SOC), responsible for the full lifecycle of managed security services for enterprise clients. Throughout his career, Jim has held pivotal roles in sales engineering, product management, and leadership in the telecommunications and managed services sectors. As an entrepreneur, Jim successfully founded and later sold two companies: Tele-Media Security Company, an electronic security solutions provider, which he sold to ADT; and PaxNet, an Internet service provider acquired by NewSouth Communications. His early career began in a family-owned cable television company, where he cultivated his foundation in telecommunications. Jim holds the prestigious Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification, is a Registered Practitioner in the CMMC ecosystem (CMMC-RP), and has earned advanced Cisco network and voice certifications. His extensive knowledge in both cybersecurity and telecommunications gives him a unique perspective on securing critical infrastructure, including industries like oil and gas, as well as organizations in the defense industrial base (DIB) supply chain. Jim resides in Richmond, Virginia, and remains passionate about empowering businesses to adopt secure, innovative technology solutions.
Tony Garcia
DOT Compliance Manager, ProPetro Services
Tony Garcia is the DOT Compliance Manager for PROPETRO SERVICES, an oilfield services company specializing in fracking, cementing and acidizing. Tony has been with PROPETRO since September 2014 and has been instrumental in developing a strong compliance team that has contributed to the overall success of the company. PROPETRO currently has a Satisfactory safety rating which was made possible through the implementation of good safety practices such as thorough applicant screening, employee training, and continuous monitoring. Tony’s experience in the DOT transportation compliance field began in April 2004 as a Border Compliance Inspector for the Texas Department of Public Safety. In April 2008, he was promoted to Compliance Review Safety Investigator and served in this position until the end of August 2014. These roles gave him expertise in commercial motor vehicle enforcement and the application of the federal motor carrier safety regulations and the hazardous materials regulations. Tony received the Texas DPS Grand Champion Award for 2013 for Best Inspector and competed at the 2013 North American Inspector Challenge (NAIC) in Salt Lake City, UT. Tony continues to stay on top of changing and evolving regulations and serves as a volunteer associate staff instructor for USDOT Transportation Safety Institute located in Oklahoma City, OK. In 2022, he received the Permian Road Safety Coalition “Safe and Sound” award, which recognizes an HSE professional who has demonstrated a total commitment to road safety during his career. Tony’s ultimate goal is to continue to educate himself and others on the importance of working safely, protecting our public, protecting property and protecting our environment.
Jody Mitchell
General Counsel, ProPetro Services, Inc.
Mr. Mitchell brings more than 15 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining ProPetro in 2021 as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, he served in a number of senior roles at Concho Resources, including as Director of Marketing and Midstream and Associate General Counsel. He began his career as an Associate at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, concentrating on oil, gas and energy litigation and construction litigation. Mr. Mitchell received a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston.

Jim Kulis

Jim Kulis serves as Vice President of Quality, Health, Environment and Safety. Mr. Kulis has served as VP of QHSE for Ranger Rig Services Division since 2018. Prior to joining Ranger, he held senior-level QHSE and training management positions at C&J Energy Services and Nabors Completion and Production Services. He has extensive field experience and is a credentialed safety and training professional. Mr. Kulis holds a Master of Arts from San Francisco State University and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
