HR leaders are often culture carriers and stewards. This workshop, delivered by Leader's Edge, will dive deep into cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and will equip HR leaders with the practical tools needed to demonstrate inclusion through action, as well as application.
Conscious Leadership and Inclusion is not only about leaders leaning into inclusive leadership behaviors, it’s also about intentionally taking action to consciously build a culture of inclusion and belonging.
