Frontline Leadership: Level Up
Turning Leadership Training into Measurable Performance

Most organizations invest in frontline leadership development—and then expect those behaviors to stick.
In practice, this is where the gap shows up. Leaders understand the frameworks, but applying them consistently in real operating environments is harder. Without reinforcement, even strong programs lose momentum.
Level Up is designed to protect and extend your initial investment.

Built exclusively for graduates of Frontline Leadership, this next-stage program focuses on application, accountability, and measurable improvement in how leaders perform on the job.

Who It's For
Frontline Leadership alumni who:
  • Are managing teams in active operational environments
  • Have completed the foundational program and are ready for applied development
  • Are identified as high-potential or in critical frontline leadership roles

What This Program Does Differently
Level Up is not a continuation of classroom learning. It is a facilitated application experience led by Heidrick & Struggles executive coaches.
Participants work on real, current business challenges—team performance issues, decision-making under pressure, and leadership gaps that directly impact operations.
Across two facilitated sessions held six months apart, leaders:

  • Apply core leadership frameworks to live situations
  • Receive structured coaching and challenge from experienced facilitators
  • Try decisions before implementation
  • Return with clear, actionable plans tied to real outcomes

This is where leadership capability moves from understanding to execution.

Why It Matters to Your Organization
Level Up is designed to deliver return on your leadership development investment.
Organizations that extend development beyond initial training see stronger behavior adoption, better decision-making, and improved team outcomes.
This program:

  • Reinforces and embeds the Frontline Leadership curriculum
  • Improves consistency in how leaders manage teams and make decisions
  • Accelerates readiness for more complex operational challenges
  • Increases retention of high-potential frontline leaders
  • Creates a shared leadership standard across your organization

Rather than introducing new theory, Level Up ensures your leaders are applying what they’ve already learned—where it matters most.

Program Structure
Two in-person sessions, six months apart, designed for application and follow-through:

  • Session 1: Focused on current leadership challenges and structured problem-solving
  • Between Sessions: Participants apply decisions and approaches in their roles
  • Session 2: Review outcomes, refine approach, and address next-level challenges

This structure ensures accountability, real-world testing, and sustained development over time.

What Participants Strengthen

  • Decision-making in complex, real-time environments
  • Managing team performance and conflict
