What This Program Does Differently
Level Up is not a continuation of classroom learning. It is a facilitated application experience led by Heidrick & Struggles executive coaches.
Participants work on real, current business challenges—team performance issues, decision-making under pressure, and leadership gaps that directly impact operations.
Across two facilitated sessions held six months apart, leaders:
- Apply core leadership frameworks to live situations
- Receive structured coaching and challenge from experienced facilitators
- Try decisions before implementation

Two in-person sessions, six months apart, designed for application and follow-through:
- Session 1: Focused on current leadership challenges and structured problem-solving
- Between Sessions: Participants apply decisions and approaches in their roles
- Session 2: Review outcomes, refine approach, and address next-level challenges
This structure ensures accountability, real-world testing, and sustained development over time.

Cancellations
