Description:
This hybrid Wilderness First Responder course offers a bit more flexibility for busy outdoor professionals. On successful completion of a self-directed home study program and online testing, participants attend a 5-day practical session in Durango, CO. This course can also be used to upgrade to a Wilderness EMT (WEMT) certification with current EMT status. While WFR & WEMT students attend the same practical session, they each receive access to different course websites (for study) and online tests.
