Join us before the Chapter meeting and learn all about VA Land Preservation Tax Credits, State and Federal Update.  This course will provide:
  1. Overview of Status of the State Program
  2. Update on Virginia Legislative and Regulatory Changes and Court Cases
  3. Update on Impact of new Charitable Deduction Regulations in light of SALT limitations
  4. Review of Approaches for Treatment of the State Tax Deduction on the Federal Return
Looking to gain some insight before the course?  Read an article by the presenter.
