Description:
Learning Journeys are a unique feature of EWMD, giving the opportunity to build up connections and learn about the situation of female managers in other countries. We are very happy to invite you to Spain as the destination of the annual delegation for 2019 including visits to the two most important locations in Spain: Madrid and Barcelona.
The trip, from 18-22 November 2019, aims at the following objectives:
- to exchange experiences and best-practices with female managers in Spain
- to exchange experiences and collaborate with company internal women´s networks
- to strengthen networks and contacts across European countries in order to increase gender diversity in managing positions
- to explore business opportunities across European countries
