EWMD Power Teams are an extremely powerful development instrument and have been a great success of our network for many years. A power team is a specific form of peer-group setting in which up to 8 engaged women meet regularly for over a year to support each other in achieving their professional and personal goals. The Power Team enables the creative development of solutions through different perspectives and provides strong support and strength within the group.
The first EWMD Power Team has started in August 2019 in London. EWMD welcomes interested guests to explore the opportunities of creating powerful connections among female leaders.
