Online Webinar: Supporting Preschool Children with Challenging Behaviors - 2020
Description:
Behaviors in the classroom, regardless of age, are challenging for educators to address. Challenging behaviors in preschool children are often more difficult due to the lack of communication skills and delayed social and emotional development. This session will provide a variety of strategies, supports and self reflection opportunities to strengthen the ability to deal with these behaviors.
The learner will be able to: 1) describe challenging behaviors that may occur in a classroom or therapy session; 2) identify strategies to prevent challenging behaviors from occurring; and 3) apply techniques that will provide support for those children with challenging behaviors.

KSHA Member: $25
Non-member: $45
This course is offered for 0.15 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate level, Professional area).
