Event Name:
CFO and Controllers SIG - Selecting Software for the Remote Workforce

Event Type(s):
Special Interest Group Event

Description:
Topic: Selecting Software that Meets Organizational Needs in a Virtual World. Best Practices, and Recent developments for a Remote Office Environment

Typical office environments changed dramatically in March 2020, making previously inefficient, but bearable processes, unbearable.   Organizations now have both the opportunity and the NEED to automate away process inefficiency that could have and should have been automated long before the move to a Virtual Workforce.

During this session, we will cover changes we are seeing organizations make to meet the needs of a Virtual Workforce. The improvements they are making during this time will benefit them even after this pandemic is a distant memory.  We will walk through best practices in software selection and implementation. In addition, the meeting will cover considerations your organization should think through prior to even beginning a software selection process to help you avoid common pitfalls of failed implementations.
