Mountain Bike Ride with a MTRP Park Ranger and SDMBA volunteers! 
This is the second in a series of three geared for intermediate riders. Arrive around 8:30 a.m. and have your bike checked by SDMBA volunteers and get ready to roll by 9 a.m.

Meeting location is West Sycamore Staging Area - Dirt lot at the east end of Stonebridge Parkway

Get to know the park and increase your skills. Join ranger Araceli Dominguez for this fun, nature and progressive skills series of rides.  This ride will have some climbing but no one will be left behind. Remember to bring your bike in good working order, a helmet, other safety equipment desired, plenty of water, sunscreen and food. 

Test your skills in this area of coastal sage with views of the ocean. We’ll ride steeper fire roads and singletrack. This will be a ride for advanced beginner or low intermediate riders. Moderate fitness required. Be prepared for at least 10 miles of up and down riding. This is NOT for first time riders. Learn shifting, braking and handling skills from SDMBA volunteers.
