This 3-day Wilderness First Aid course is sponsored by Western Washington University's Outdoor Center. While a great course for 1-2 day trip leaders and those seeking an introduction to wilderness medicine, , the course may be also be used to recertify WFR & WEMT certifications with successful completion of our online WFR & WEMT Recertification test.

Cost to the Public: $250; Western Washington Students: $225
For recertification of Wilderness Advanced First Aid (WAFA), Wilderness First Responder (WFR) or Wilderness EMT (WEMT), an additional $25 testing fee applies. WEMT also requires EMT certification or licensure (State EMT-B or National Registry).
