Prior to his current role, Neil was the General Manager overseeing Capital Projects for the Gulf of America region beginning in October 2020, responsible for delivery of operated projects at Anchor, Ballymore and JSM, as well as managing Chevron’s interests in the Whale and Mad Dog 2 projects. Since joining Chevron in 1998 as a Petroleum Engineer in Scotland, Neil has undertaken a series of technical and leadership assignments with increasing responsibility.
