Niemeyer, 64, oversees Chevron’s significant upstream activities in the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico, the Denver-Julesburg Basin in Colorado, and the Vaca-Muerta shale play in Argentina.=0D=0AFrom 2022 to 2025, Niemeyer served as president of Americas Exploration & Production, overseeing Chevron’s upstream portfolio across the continental U.S, Canada and Latin America.=0D=0AFrom 2018 to October 2022, Niemeyer led the development of the company’s key strategies, including capital allocation and sustainability efforts as corporate vice president of Strategy and Sustainability.=0D=0APrevious roles have included vice president of Chevron’s Mid-Continent business unit from 2013 to 2018, vice president of the Appalachian/Michigan business unit from 2011 to 2013, and general manager of strategy and planning for Chevron North America Exploration and Production Company.=0D=0ANiemeyer is a member of the Upstream Committee of the American Petroleum Institute, the Executive Committee of the Greater Houston Partnership and board member of the Texas Economic Development Corporation (TxEDC). Niemeyer joined Texaco in 2000 from Atlantic Richfield Company. Mr. Marshall has approximately 15 years of investment banking experience, having served in various roles at the Firm during his tenure. Over the course of his career, he has advised clients on key transactions with a combined aggregate transaction value of over $100 billion.
