3 to 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood star 4 setting as an Assistant Director or Director.
Ability to implement Keystone Star Requirement.
A strong understanding of child development.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
Must be willing to take and pass Safe Serve testing.
Must clear full background check.
