Brief Description
The Administrative & Project Assistant will play two roles: support to the analytical teams within UDS (75%) and general office support (25%). In the data support role, the Administrative & Project Assistant will assist the UDS team with tasks such as survey administration and promotion, data gathering for guidebooks, and website upkeep. In the office role, the Administrative & Project Assistant is expected to perform typical office duties.

The position involves a great deal of interaction with people and requires a customer service mentality to quickly respond to the requests for assistance. The Administrative & Project Assistant must have strong capabilities with the Microsoft Office Suite, be detail oriented, be able to handle multiple projects, and be willing to work with others throughout UDS and within the university community. The ideal candidate is interested in learning about data, surveys and data governance and pursuing a career in a data-related field.
