Applicants for this position will be required to meet toddlers individual needs such as diapering/toilet training, assisting in feeding, and aid in rest time. Applicants will also engage in activities age appropriate such as Circle Time, structured activities that build on their development, and introduce toddlers to the outside world through gross motor skills at the playground and nature walks.
Other responsibilities will include communication daily with parents via progress reports, keep the room, furnishings, and toys clean and sanitized, complete yearly observations on each child, and be able to work independently as well as with a co-worker.
