The Assistant Group Supervisor works as part of a team made up of the Children and Youth Development and Education Director, Group Supervisors, Aides, Cook and Clerical staff. She/he assists in the implementation of daily activities under the guidance of the Group Supervisor towards the goal of quality program (in particular, PA DHS Certification regulations, Keystone STARS criteria and NAEYC requirements for accreditation) for all groups in the Children and Youth Development and Education Department.
