We are looking to hire two lead teachers in our young and older Toddler classroom. The ideal candidate is one who is empathetic, outgoing, and energetic to keep up with the daily responsibilities of the classroom. This position is a full-time Monday-Friday.

• High School Diploma (Required) and CDA (Child Development Associate) (Preferred)
• Associates Degree or Higher with transcripts in ECE, Education, or related field. (Preferred)
• Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate (Preferred)
• Proof of Education, including transcripts and copies of degrees or certifications. (Required)
• Must be able to validate a minimum of 2 years of childcare or working with student’s experience. (Required)
• Must have a valid and non-expired State ID or License (Required)
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification (Required)
• Must have or be willing to obtain clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, Criminal Record, and NSOR. (Required)
• Must have or be willing to obtain an updated physical and TB test. (Required)
• Complete all required online training (approximately 10 hours) (Required)
• Two reference letters signed. (Required)
• Complete all required professional development necessary.
• Comfortable with working in an inner-city program with children ages 6 weeks – 8th Grade.
• Experience working in a school-setting.
• Follow and enforce all Covid-19 guidelines from State, City, and Center
• Ability to wear a face mask throughout the day while in the classroom and facility area (Required)
