Our Center Director, Kate Wesolowski, is a graduate of Cabrini College and holds dual certification in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, PA Director's Credential and PA Teaching Certification. Kate has over twenty five years of experience as an educator, special instructor, administrator and if the mother of three. We are so grateful that you are considering us to care for your child! From the first hello of the day, to the last good-bye, we want every child to feel safe, nurtured, and excited to learn and grow with us, and for you to consider us a true partner in the development and education of your child. We go beyond what's expected, creating a one-of-a-kind educational experience for the children we care for and the families who cherish them. The early years of life are the most crucial and set the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. Our proprietary Seedings curriculum focuses on the whole child, incorporating areas such as reading and writing readiness, language and literacy, social and emotional development, STREAM (science, technology, reading, engineering, art, math), and utilizing the outdoor learning environment for collaborative learning and play. Our center also offers state of the art technology which allows us to reach our goal of keeping parents connected to our center and to their child throughout the day. As an assistant director, your days will be filled with tons of fun, loads of hugs and the knowledge that you are providing families with a safe, loving and educational environment for their little ones. Our nurturing culture isn’t only for children, it’s for everyone in our Circle of Care.
We are seeking a warm and energetic assistant director with a passion for education and a mind for business. Our assistant directors can always be counted on to figure it out, step in or step up to the challenge! As the quintessential “right-hand”, everyone will attest that they just can’t live without you. You are ready and willing to keep the wheels moving and embrace whatever the day brings, whether it’s wiping a tear, reading a book, or lending a hand in the classroom!
As an Assistant Director, you will:
Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
Develop fun, out of the box, team building moments that your teachers can’t live without.
Coach and mentor teachers to develop strong classroom teaching teams.
Become a community “mayor” and welcome new families with open arms.
Support your center director with business decisions to enhance the success of the center.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of bachelor's degree preferably in Education
Childcare or preschool experience
Management experience a plus
Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel and Outlook
