Hours: Daylight Monday–Friday, optional 4 day work week offered
· Pay: New Competitive rates! Starting at $11.50 to $16.00 based upon experience and educational background
· Bonus: Annual retention bonus through Keystone Stars $700 - $3,000 (if applicable)
· Vacation: 2 weeks accrued
· Sick Leave: accrued at the rate of one day per month, cumulative up to a maximum of sixty (60) days (480 hours)
· Holidays: 8 Paid -New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
· Personal Days: 2 after six months of employment
· Medical: First of the month following 30 days of employment for eligible employees
· Dental: First of the month following 30 days of employment for eligible employees
· Vision: First of the month following 30 days of employment for eligible employees
· 403(b) Retirement Plan: CHFM will enroll you and CHFM may contribute up to 1.5% for eligible employees
· Life Insurance: First of the month following 90 day probationary period for eligible employees

Qualified candidates should have High School diploma or G.E.D. and one year experience working with children (experience in a childcare setting preferred). Clearances, health assessment, drug screen, and TB test are required.
