Award winning Child Care in the Valley looking for caregivers for our Preschool and PreK program at our facility. We love what we do and love to have fun while doing it! We are looking for new team members to start with us! There are both Full-time and Part-Time Preschool and Prek positions available.



Competitive Pay for a Preschool/PreK Teacher: $12-$16 per hour depending on experience

Bonus Opportunities

- $300 Paperwork Bonus

Arrive for first day of onboarding with all clearances, paperwork, and trainings. (Applicant will receive full list with employment offer)

- $500 Sign-on Bonus

Paid in two installments: $250 on first day in the classroom and $250 with 90-day review (Applicant will receive additional details with employment offer)



Preschool and PreK Job expectations include:

Providing care and education to children enrolled in our program.
Maintaining a classroom of 3 or 4 year-olds and working collaboratively and leading or being a member of a collaborative teaching team
Planning and executing thoughtful developmental experiences
Documenting experiences through observation and photographs
Weekly classroom "news" updates, parent communication and the completion of assessments and screenings
Keeping kids active and engaged
HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
