We are looking for a qualified Toddler Teachers to join our program.

There are both Full-time and Part-Time Toddler Teacher positions available.

Competitive Toddler Teacher Pay: $12-$18 per hour depending on experience

Bonus Opportunities

- $300 Paperwork Bonus

Arrive for first day of onboarding with all clearances, paperwork, and trainings. (Applicant will receive full list with employment offer)

- $500 Sign-on Bonus

Paid in two installments: $250 on first day in the classroom and $250 with 90-day review (Applicant will receive additional details with employment offer)


Develop a careful and creative program suitable for toddler
Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children
Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
Encourage children to interact with each other
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum
Routine care of toddlers including meals, snacks, cleanliness and diapering, and/or potty-training.
Planning for daily outdoor and gross motor play
Daily communication with parents and a high level of customer service
Collaborate with other educators
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
Monthly staff meetings


Proven experience as a Teacher (Toddler experience is a plus)
Excellent understanding of the principles of child development
Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
Excellent communication and instructional skills
Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
Balance between a creative mind and a practical acumen
BSc/BA in education or relevant field
