Meetings Committee - Abigail Byerly, Chair
Abby will begin working on Standard Operating Procedures for future Annual Conference chairs. A slight change is the Sunday, November 2, 2, afternoon program was noted (and the change has been made on the website). The bus company for the ag tours at the conference was approved.
Continuing Education Committee - Scott Mickey, Chair
The May 15 webinar drew more than 70 registrants. Russell noted that a CAC will be offered in Indianapolis on Sunday morning ahead of the Annual Conference start that afternoon.
Marketing & Promotion Committee - Pete Weisenberger, Chair
The committee is involved in various strategic initiatives and logistics for the upcoming conference. A new brochure and a member survey are in progress.
Membership Development Committee – Ron Rabou, Chair
The board discussed the development of procedures to stay in touch with the increased numbers of non-members registering for the recent ShopTalk and webinar.
Nominating Committee – Keith Dickinson, Committee Chair
The committee has confirmed some candidates for the upcoming ballot in November and has good prospects for the remaining open positions. Keith expects to have all candidates confirmed by next month
