As we head into fall, excitement is building for our biggest event of our year—the OSFAA Annual Meeting, coming up on Thursday, November 13th at Topgolf in Columbus!
This year’s Annual Meeting represents a major milestone for OSFAA as we continue our momentum from the Clay Shoot and look ahead to even greater things in 2026 and beyond. We’ve seen incredible engagement from both longtime members and new faces, and it’s clear that OSFAA is on the rise again. There’s never been a better time to get involved and be part of our growth. |

A key part of this year’s event will be our General Election, where members will be elected to our Board of Directors with the duty to come together and shape the direction of the association. If you’ve ever thought about becoming more active within OSFAA, now is the perfect time to step forward and make your voice heard by submitting your name here in our Call for Nominations that closes on Wednesday, October 15th!
Aside from the business of our Annual Meeting, we have a full agenda planned, packed with incredible education, vendor showcases, networking, and best practice sharing. This event is designed to help you and your business grow. You won’t want to miss the insights, connections, and opportunities our Annual Meeting offers this year! Be sure to review the schedule below and make your plans to join us at Topgolf. It’s going to be an outstanding day for learning, collaboration, and fun!
I look forward to seeing everyone there as we celebrate the continued revitalization of OSFAA and the bright future ahead for our industry in Ohio. Sincerely, Keri-Ann Kalavity President, OSFAA

Sharpen Your Edge: Powerful Education Awaits at the OSFAA Annual Meeting! By Shannon Few, Executive Director
The OSFAA Annual Meeting is more than just an association meeting; it is your opportunity to elevate your business, your team, and your success! This year’s agenda is packed with sessions designed to deliver real-world strategies, fresh insights, and actionable takeaways that you can implement immediately. |
|
|
We’ll kick things off with “AI & Your Business – Are You as Efficient as Your Competitors?,” a timely look at how artificial intelligence is transforming business operations and helping companies like yours work smarter, not harder. This session will show you exactly how to use a curated list of AI tools that you can take back to your office and leverage immediately. It is not your typical pie in the sky how AI can solve problems that no one can figure out when they get back to their office. You will leave with actual instructions!
Next, we’ll hear from our industry sponsors, who continue to drive innovation and bring invaluable solutions to the table. Their presentations will set the stage for an inspiring keynote from Mitch Reitman, who will share insights on financial strategy, business growth, and how to prepare for what’s ahead. Don’t miss Power Connections, a high-energy networking session that will get you engaging and collaborating with your peers before we move into our Annual Meeting & General Election. This will be a working Lunch, where you’ll enjoy great food, great company, and important association updates.
The afternoon is packed with learning opportunities designed to strengthen every area of your business. Robert Few, Managing Partner with The Connection Xchange (TCX), will present “RMR Power Play: Turning Inspections, Service & Technology into Long-Term Value,” helping you discover new ways to maximize recurring monthly revenue and future-proof your company.
In “Building a Path to Success: How to Develop Your Technicians from Level 1 to Senior Lead Technician,” I’ll share a structured roadmap for advancing your team’s skills and retention while building a culture of professional growth and excellence. Then, Gretchen Gordon, Founder of Braveheart Sales Performance, takes the stage with “Systematize Your Sales Engine,” offering proven tools to boost consistency, accountability, and sales performance across your organization. Finally, we’ll wrap up the day at Topgolf, where you can unwind, network, and connect with sponsors and peers in a fun, relaxed environment.
Whether you’re focused on boosting efficiency, developing your team, or scaling for growth, the OSFAA Annual Meeting delivers the content and connections to help you get there. Please be sure to get registered today! |
