Lori Gunsallus is the Business Solutions Representative at PA CareerLink®, serving Clinton County. She is dedicated to workforce development, providing career services to Pennsylvania employers, and job seekers. She plays a key role in organizing student career pathway initiatives, employer seminars, career fairs, and recruitment events. Lori collaborates with businesses, schools, and community organizations to create opportunities for skill development and career growth.
A noteworthy accomplishment is the significant role she played in partnering with the Keystone Central School District to establish the Central Mountain High School Clay Target League in 2021. As Lead Administrator, her leadership has driven the league’s success and growth, providing students with a safe and responsible platform to participate in shooting sports.
Angelic “Angie” Hardy is the Director of Workforce Development at Commonwealth University. With over 25 years of experience in higher education and workforce development, her knowledge and skills have contributed to impacting outcomes through effective organization, prioritization, and execution of key projects. She works with employers and workforce development partners across the state to identify and provide industry recognized career certification training. She coordinates the delivery and marketing of non-credit certificate programs for Commonwealth University, and she serves as the WEDnetPA partner for Commonwealth University - Lock Haven. As the WEDnetPA partner, she manages the awarding of more than $300,000 in training reimbursement funds allocated through the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED). Angie considers herself a change agent and a lifelong learner and is dedicated to helping others embrace change through education and technology integration.
Join us for a virtual session with the Department of Homeland Security on I-9 documentation. During this session, we will concentrate on E-Verify Overview and I-9 Overview. We will learn how E-Verify works, how to enroll, and touch on some program highlights. We will also look at Form I-9 requirements, retention, and storage. Our webinars are useful for prospective new E-Verify users and HR professionals.
For our second session (in January), we will learn about the types of acceptable documents when completing the Form I-9, what can be accepted, and how to enter the information.

Rachelle R Galipeau has been an analyst with the United States government, specifically the Verification Division of United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), since 2009. She began her government service with the Compliance Branch and now works within the Engagement Branch. All her service with USCIS has been focused on the E-Verify Program. Previously, Rachelle worked in the private sector as Corporate Investigations for an airline and prior to that did serve in the United States Air Force for 10 years as a Security Forces/ Anti-Terrorism Force Protection NCO. Rachelle is a disabled veteran and is often accompanied by her service dog, Phoenix. She is proud to be a part of the Engagement Team and has a proven track record of providing enhanced training experience for those interested in learning more about the E-Verify Program.
