We are ready to ship your World Beer Cup competition entries!  The NC Craft Brewers Guild has organized a complimentary consolidated shipment for competition entries exclusively for our Guild member breweries. 

To take advantage of this free shipment:

1. You should have sent in your brewery application and beer registration between November 1st - November 14th, 2022
2. Make sure your Guild membership is up-to-date!  (Unsure? Contact Shannon at shannon@ncbeer.org)
3. Read all info in this email, as well as competition guidelines on the World Beer Cup competition website here!

ENTRY PREPARATION:

1. Label your beer entries, per World Beer Cup instructions.
2. Send the required amount, per World Beer Cup instructions.
3. Pack them well: No matter how well you think you have packed your bottles for shipment, pack them even better!

ENTRY DROP-OFF:

• ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AT DROP-OFF LOCATIONS ON: March 13th & 14th
  • Ensure your entries are packaged per World Beer Cup instructions prior to drop-off.
  • Shipment will be palletized & picked up by refrigerated freight on March 16th & 17th.
