Carroll practiced employment law for years before becoming a career coach who supports professionals at all levels on leadership, career management, advancement, outplacement, transition and reentry.

The theme of the event will be: “Mentoring 101- How Mentees and Mentors Can Make the Most of the Mentoring Relationship.”
