"Diversity at its Best" Best practice sharing conference call with Michelle Mendelsson, Credit Suisse, London

EWMD International provides an exchange for Members who are interested in sharing experiences in successful diversity & inclusion approaches in companies. We invite experienced managers from different kind of companies (from big corporations to medium size business) to present and discuss with you their practical know-how. The exchange is mainly addressed to representatives from Corporate Members and Members who either work as managers in this area or are interested in this topic for professional reasons.

We have invited Michelle Mendelsson, Head of Diversity & Inclusion EMEA, HLDC at Credit Suisse International in London. She will talk about her practical experiences in measuring diversity management efforts in her company.

Michelle Mendelsson looks back on many years of experience with diversity management. She has been responsible for this area at Credit Suisse since 2000. Her remit covers the full spectrum of diversity including: Gender, Ethnicity, Sexual Orientation, Working Parents, Disability and Age. She is responsible for strategy development, education, networks, events, new legislation, internal and external communication and benchmarking.

Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2000, Michelle worked for Marks and Spencer for fifteen years in a variety of commercial positions. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.
