The next time you take a case to trial, the skills you will pick up from listening to these presenters will give you the confidence you need to go in fight for your client. The program is geared around the conceptual framework to begin thinking about the strategy, as opposed to the nuts and bolts, of effective presentation to a jury. 

If you register, two fact patterns will be given to you  on Monday- September 20th. In order to get the most out of this program, YOU ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to read the fact patterns a few days ahead of time, and to prepare the closing statement you would give to the jury. You will then hear the presenters give the plaintiff’s closing statement and the defense closing statement on each of the fact patterns.
