Margo Lewis Hoy, Supervising Judge, San Diego Family Court, moderated by Shannon Miles and Jenna Hackett. Hear from Judge Alksne and Judge Lewis-Hoy directly answering all of YOUR questions about the re-opening of Family Law operations at San Diego Superior Court. This video contains very specific and detailed information about what to expect as we family law practitioners face  as our "new normal" in the age of COVID-19. The content is family law specific with questions directly from our members regarding calendaring, filing, and procedural issues as the Court re-opens on May 26.

• VIRTUAL MEDIATION presented by the Hon. Christine Goldsmith (retired) and Julie Mack, CLFS. Everything you wanted to know about conducting virtual mediations. This will count for 1.0 CLE credit.

• Kyle Siems, CFLS will speak to us about MICROSOFT TEAMS. You will not want to miss this presentation which will provide general information and tips about how to use Microsoft Teams. Teams is the platform the San Diego County Superior Court has told us will be utilized for virtual hearings. It is important to start to familiarize ourselves with this technology. This will count for .5 CLE credit.
