Presentation Title: Don't Stop Talking to Your Clients

Presentation Summary: You can turn conversations into new business if your mindset is not having a ‘sales’ call, but simply having a conversation with a client. Your whole demeanor will alter; you’ll relax, your breathing will slow, and you’ll find yourself talking with an interesting person. And when you LISTEN (yes, all in caps) you’ll be amazed at what you’ll learn. Put the two together, with a little direction and an ultimate purpose, and you’ll suddenly find that your ordinary conversations will become extraordinary 'sales' opportunities, even in uncertain times like these. In this presentation, Kim will walk you through WHY you need to talk to your clients now more than ever, and show you HOW to use the tools we have available even in quarantine.

Speaker Bio: Kim Fredrich

Kim is a Sales Conversation Coach for small businesses, helping turn sales conversations into clients.
She doesn’t teach a hard to remember system, but focuses on developing the right kinds of questions for comfortable, natural sales conversations focused on service. Her enthusiasm about sales has proven to be infectious!
