Artificial intelligence is playing an increasing role in Human Resource Management, in particular in talent acquisition and recruitment. This is an area where AI can contribute to reduce the time to hire, but also to make the hiring process more transparent, seamless and perhaps more reliable.
Join our event to hear from Neufast, an AI start-up specialising in video interviewing, and from Randstad, a global leader in HR services industry and a pioneer in adopting technology-driven tools.
In this meeting, we would like to discuss experiences with AI tools in the human resources, from different perspectives. What are the advantages for companies seeking talents, what are the benefits or risks for potential candidates?
