Event Description
Come join us "inside" INEOS Nitriles in Aurora. INEOS is a Nitriles manufacturer and supplies Acrylonitrile globally. Acrylonitrile-based acrylic fibers, a popular substitute for cotton and wool, are used to make clothing, carpeting and blankets. Rugged and durable, ABS plastic derived from Acrylonitrile is chosen for its toughness and dimensional stability over other engineering resins. Other applications for Acrylonitrile include Nitrile rubber for hoses and gaskets.
Come learn about the pretreatment that is necessary in this industry as well as proper industrial inspection techniques.
