Web analytics play a vital role in enhancing the user experience for visitors to your website. Google Analytics is perhaps the best-known web analytics product; however, there are many other tools and data sources that can help you evaluate your website and make improvements. During this webinar, you'll get an introduction to a few of these.
Brian Holda, digital services librarian, will walk through different ways Davenport University Libraries uses the free version of FullStory to gather critical qualitative insights on their website. Suzanne Bernsten, web services librarian, will talk about how the Lansing Community College Library uses chat transcripts and library search data to make decisions about their website.
