Event Description
Agenda-Part 2

12:00 - Welcome and Introductions

12:05 – Towards Interpretable Intelligent Water Systems by Yongning Tang
After the initial success of pilot IWS applications, the "black box" nature of Machine Learning (ML) models becomes a barrier to the wide adoption of IWS. Properly interpreting IWS to various stakeholders in the water industry becomes an inevitable and imperative task. In this presentation, Prof. Yongning Tang from Illinois State University will introduce his research on ML model interpretation and its applications on IWS.
