Event Description
Did you know there are more than 30 Florida statutes governing design-build projects? How familiar are you with the laws that govern your projects? This presentation will provide a legislative review specific to Florida design-build projects. You will learn about procurement, public private partnerships (P3), bid protests, bonding, liens, and payment laws. In addition, we will discuss the future of design-build legislation including new legislation on the horizon and thoughts on where Florida legislatures could further bolster design-build project delivery.
