2021 Online Introductory Learn to Row Class

Looking to learn how to row? stay fit by using the most muscle groups in one exercise? or simply learn how to use the indoor rowing machine sitting at your house?
This Introductory Learn To Row (LTR) class will bring you from the catch to the finish as you learn proper rowing technique on the erg. This is a four (4) week class from Saturday Jan 8th to Saturday January 29th 9-9:30/9:40am. Classes are a half hour with ten minutes afterwards for questions/pointers as needed. This class is for adults and youth (7th grade & up). You will need an indoor rowing machine (aka erg) to participate.
After this class a participant, if the instructor feels they are ready, can join either our youth online winter season or our adult online winter sessions, or they may continue onto our second session.
Please note, there is a separate registration for those youth and adult experienced rowers looking for winter workouts.
CMI Erg Loaners
You need an indoor rowing machine for these classes. If you do not own one or already have a CMI loaner erg we may have some available, please contact us via info@rowcmi.org to ask before filling out this registration. All available erg rentals will be prioritized to those using them for our online classes at a rate of $10 per week. This fee is paid in full and before class start for the length of the online class, in this case $40.
We utilize Zoom as our video workout platform which is accessible by multiple devices (phone, tablet, laptop, computer) and through various internet browsers. Check App Store and Google Play for your mobile device. The Zoom meeting details will be emailed to you before the session begins.
