Speaker's Biography:
    Alfonso serves as a Director in BDO’s Industry Specialty Services division and leads the ERP practice. During his multi-industry professional career Alfonso has implemented, utilized, and integrated with various Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to include Deltek GCS & Costpoint, Unanet, MS Dynamics/GP, QuickBooks, Viewpoint, and Epicor.
In a consulting capacity Alfonso has implemented and advised clients regarding ERP configuration, GovCon & GAAP compliance, and policies & procedures creation. Additionally, he acted on behalf and alongside of these clients to configure and manage integrations necessary for their business processes to include payroll, BI tools, data synchronization, and other complex services.
    During his tenure in the Commercial & Government contracting industries, Alfonso has served in several leadership positions. He was key in developing price proposals, corporate strategy, and compliance procedures necessary to win and retain contracts. He successfully managed Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) field audits and various Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) liaison requirements for classified contracts ranging in value from $2M to $6B IDIQs.
