CAMPING OPTIONS: Camping at El Prado Campground or Horse Heaven Campground is included in a Full Festival Pass for Friday and Saturday nights.   We encourage you to stay with us both nights. Please let us know during the registration process which nights you plan to camp at El Prado Campground or Horse Heaven Campground.

El Prado Group Campground is close to the action and consists of 5 camping areas with plenty of room for your tent set up.  All camping in El Prado is first come, first served in designated group camp areas.  Vans, small campers or rooftop tents are acceptable but there is no room for motor homes or trailers in El Prado Campground for this event.  Because of the layout of the area and as parking is limited, we may need to ask you to park your car away from your camp area but still within El Prado Campground.  There will be a loading and unloading zone provided.  Hot tip:  Wagons are great for getting your stuff to your chosen camping area!

Horse Heaven Group Campground is located approximately ½ mile from El Prado Campground. Access the venue area by hitting Lightning Ridge Trail and then through Mount Laguna Campground to El Prado to join the fun.  Ideal for those wanting a quieter option or space for extended family or larger groups of friends. A small number of trailers or motor homes under 24 feet may be accommodated. No hookups.  Probably not ideal for those with small kids.

PARKING:  Parking is very limited at both camp areas. A  parking pass will be supplied to all Full Festival registrants by SDMBA upon check in. No cars can enter El Prado Campground or Horse Heaven Campground without a parking pass.

Day Pass holders will need to plan to park remotely (examples: Mile Marker 19/Sunset Trail Head, Penny Pines, Agua Dulce, Red Tailed Roost;  Adventure Pass required for some areas) and ride into the venue at El Prado Campground. See detailed map for alternate parking HERE.

Attendees are responsible for bringing all necessary camping equipment to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. While some food is provided with registration, attendees are responsible for bringing the majority of their own food and anything else needed for a fun and safe weekend.

Your registration includes the following:

  • Guided Rides for various levels all weekend (sign-up occurs on-site)
  • Kids activities with Sprockids San Diego (separate sign-up will be sent by Sprockids to registrants)
  • Other vendors and support:  Velofix,  REI, Sierra Nevada,  Alter Experiences, Maxima Racing Oils, Spinergy, Laguna Mountain Volunteer - Association, Caffeine and Green Coffee (for purchase) and more!

Other options:
  • Clinics are available with Ninja MTB Performance Coaches. Sign up for clinics available during the registration process for $20 each ($250 Value); one per participant while available; limited to 14 participants per clinic.  Non-refundable but transferrable on site.
  • Shuttles offered by Trek Bicycles to pick up riders at the bottom of Noble Canyon in Pine Valley at designated times. These are NOT guided experiences and are recommended for advanced intermediate riders and above only.  Best to find a buddy or two and ride as a group.  Sign up during the registration process.  $20 per rider per shuttle. Non-refundable but transferrable on site.

NOTICE: While our special permit with the US Forest Service is currently being given the OK, we continue to closely monitor the COVID and the Forest Closure/Fire situation.  As this is an outdoor event, we anticipate being able to follow all current and future county guidelines as well as those followed by the US Forest Service.  However, if the situation deteriorates, the USFS does have the right to disallow the event for unforeseen circumstances such as COVID protocols or Fire Restrictions/Forest Closures.  We will keep everyone in the loop in a timely manner if necessary.

In the unlikely event of the USFS cancelling the event, your registration fee will be rolled over to the 2023 Mount Laguna Trail Fest.  No refunds will be issued.
