The presentation will open with some statistics on various employee benefits products, HR trends, and employee satisfaction and expectations of benefit packages.
We will review:
· The various group medical insurance options available to employers as a continuum from least employer risk to most employer risk.
· The pros/cons of the options for informed decision making in the future.
· Some voluntary benefit options and trends in the industry.
The presentation will be carrier agnostic though some carrier materials may be used for examples.

Joe Finzel has been an employee benefits broker with NFP and our acquired firm, Potomac Basin Group for 25 years. His role is to attract and retain business partners in the DMV. Primarily, he consults with owners, partners, CFO and other C-suite, and HR professionals to improve a company's employee benefits offerings, or services. Additionally, he introduces decision makers to other NFP teams for property & casualty, retirement plans, voluntary and executive benefits. Personally, he's been married for 27 years and has a 24 year old son, Brady, an engineer living in Fairfax, and a 21 year old son, Brett, studying to be an engineer at WVU.
