RMWEA Collection Systems Committee Summer Expo
EVENT DETAILS
The Collection Systems Summer Exposition is an outdoor exhibition of Collection Systems equipment related to collection and lift station maintenance, assessment, rehabilitation, and repair. Colorado Springs Utilities is hosting the 2023 Collection Systems Summer Expo on Thursday, June 8, 2023. Vendors from around the region will be onsite to demonstrate their equipment, answer questions your operators may have and share any new technologies that are available in the industry.
Registration for vendors will open on March 1, 2023. Registration fees for vendors will be $300. Eight vendor slots are available and are on a first come first served basis. Vendors will also have the ability to present to the attendees at an indoor training center. If the eight slots fill-up, we will have a wait list and vendors will be notified if a slot becomes available before May 15, 2023
Registration for a maximum of 50 attendees will open on May 1, 2023. Registration for attendees is $10 per person. Groups of four or more attendees will receive another a 30% discount per person ($7 per person). The group registration needs to include operator IDs for any individual that requires TU credits. The event will provide about 0.4 training units for State of Colorado licensed Collection Systems Operators.
Registration will be required prior to gaining access to this facility. Any protocols for security and/or COVID-19 will be provided a few weeks prior to the event.
Registered vendors and attendees will also be provided with coffee and light snacks in the morning along with a boxed lunch.
The venue is located at the Colorado Springs Utilities Wastewater Plant located 703 E Las Vegas Street in Colorado Springs, CO. The exhibition area is in the parking area for the treatment facility. A map will be provided to vendors along with security requirements and direction closer to the event.
