Kathy is the Executive Director of Finance for Methodist Hospital of Southern California.  Kathy has over 34 years of experience in operations both in Revenue Cycle, and on the Payor side. Besides her time at Methodist Hospital of Southern California, she also spent 8 years with Glendale Memorial and 12 years with Blue Cross.  Kathy has been a member AAHAM and HFMA.  Her years of leadership in a variety of roles in healthcare have left her well poised to be a key contributor to the changing healthcare environment in California.  Mrs. Janowskis’ key focus is in process improvement, and improving the patient experience. Kathy has Bachelor of Science in Forestry and Masters in Business Administration
