Do you have ideas that you would like to share with people who are working in the field of child maltreatment? Do you know about an innovative program? Do you have thoughts a policy that is impacting children and families? Do you share research findings with a broad practice audience? If the answer is yes to any of these questions, then you should consider writing for the APSAC Advisor or APSAC Alert.

The APSAC Advisor is a peer reviewed quarterly news journal for professionals in the field of child abuse and neglect. It provides succinct, data-based, practice-oriented articles that keep interdisciplinary professionals informed of the latest developments in policy and practice in the field of child maltreatment.  

The APSAC Alert is a digital publication that provide a brief summary of a critical body of empirical research directly informing multidisciplinary child abuse practice, including professionals who work in mental health, social service, health, and the law.

Join Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Lisa Schelbe, and Associate Editor, Dr. Carlo Panlilio, for a presentation and conversation about writing for the APSAC Advisor and Alert. They will present information about both publications, describe the publishing process, and offer tips about writing for the publications. The zoom chat will feature ample time for questions.
