Come join us for an informative event with Members from the Electronics Center of Excellence and Expertise.  The Center represent CBP's expanded focus on “Trade in the 21st Century” by aligning with modern business practices, focusing on industry-specific issues, and by providing tailored support to unique trading environments. This important session will enable you to better navigate the Center requirements for obtaining clearances, proper tariff number usage and understanding how to properly handle post entry documentation.
 
The CBP SF Broker Management Office has been invited to provide an overview of information about Broker and Self-Filers requirements. (The SF BMO is assigned to the Electronics Center.)

Partnership Division - contains multi-discipline teams that process the work of partner accounts and CEE volunteers. Teams are aligned by accounts.
 
Validation and Compliance Division - includes multiple import specialist teams broken out by tariff assignments and separate entry teams to handle all other importers within the industry.
 
Enforcement Division – multi-discipline teams that handle all enforcement issues for the industry (i.e. trademark, patent, health and safety, ADCVD)
