2018 _ 2019 Adult Winter Erging

CMI is happy to offer coached and open erging during the winter for adults.
Three sessions are available at the Cohasset Rec center, 100 Sohier Street, with coaches: Abi Kornet, Brian Krumm and Karen Shusterman.
These sessions will run until the end of December 2018 at which point we will adjust the schedule and type of training based on the level of interest.These are meant to offer an opportunity to offer a way to improve fitness and technique.
For those interested in more specific race oriented training, the coaches can provide more tailored training.
In addition you can also sign up to use the ergs in the boathouse during the winter for a flat $100 fee.
