2023 Youth Summer Season

Welcome to the CMI’s Youth Rowing Registration for the 2023 Season!
We row in sliding seat boats called Coastal Fours, designed for rowing in waters such as those outside of Cohasset Harbor. Our youth program is open to experienced and first time rowers who have completed 7th grade, or younger with approval from our Director. Our oldest rowers are High School age. They row under the guidance of our coaches in crews that include four rowers and one experienced coxswain to steer the boat.
The Summer Season runs a total of six weeks from Monday, July 10 through Thursday August 17. We meet four days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, for two hour classes, 9:30-11:30am and/or 3-5pm. Rowers may mix and match days and times, though spaces per class are limited.
Optionally, we race every other Friday night at 5:00 pm, and some rowers will choose to participate in additional travel races as they become available (some have extra costs).
