Event Description
Welcome to our last Winter Season Adult Indoor Training @Cohasset Recreation Center !!!
We are rolling into our final indoor session that will run for seven weeks (vs five weeks previously). This is a great opportunity to start if you haven't previously tried our indoor programs, if you are thinking about getting ready for summer on the water, or if you've been working out all winter and need the motivation to get you through to spring!
Our Coaches have kept you moving indoors since our fall season on the water. This session will have the same weekly classes as the last but also a few one-offs throughout. Overall these classes are designed to help you build muscle, improve cardio & flexibility and fine tune your rowing technique. Each class utilizes different techniques such as interval and/or endurance work on indoor rowing machines(ergs), plus stretching and exercises off the erg.

Starting Tuesday January 28th classes available for the 7 week program Tue January 28th to Sat March 22
No regular classes 2/17-2/23 during school break but see one-offs available. Saturday classes fill up quickly and requesting to sign up for individual* dates is possible but priority is given to those who sign up for the full session, then those who sign up in advance.

WED 6:00-7:15am Frank's Technique coaching followed by interval workouts- all levels welcome
WED 8:00-9:15am Frank's Technique coaching followed by interval workouts- all levels welcome
THU 6:30-7:45PM Karen's Combo of intervals, floor exercises & mobility work geared for class fitness level
WED 6:00-7:15am Frank's Technique coaching followed by interval workouts- all levels welcome
WED 8:00-9:15am Frank's Technique coaching followed by interval workouts- all levels welcome

One-off sessions $30ea
February: Sat 2/8 8:30-9:45am, Wed 2/19 8-9:15am, Thu 2/20 6:30-7:45PM, Sat 2/22 7-8:15am, 8:30-9:45am
March: Sat 3/1 8:30-9:45am, Sat 3/29 Join Karen for her Birthday Bash classes 7-8:15am or 8:30-9:45am
All classes minimum: 5 rowers to run class with a max of 12 participants
