The Illinois Wastewater Professionals Conference (IWPC ‘23) is the #1 Illinois Water Conference of the Year! We invite you to join us as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor at our April 10 -12, 2023 event. There are several opportunities to get your company’s name in front of customers both in the exhibit hall and through a robust and user-friendly virtual platform called, Whova. IWPC provides a great way to market your products and/or services to wastewater professionals including decision makers! Check out the various levels of participating as an Exhibitor and/or Sponsor that is guaranteed to promote your company before, during and after the conference!
BOOTH & SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION- Opens September 15, 2022.
Sponsorship Opportunities range from $5000 to $200.
Use this registration form to first choose "sponsorship" only, and then choose your level:
Use this form to register here for a sponsorship or a sponsorship plus vendor booths.
Booth registration is $600.00 with one representative. Additional representatives are $135.00 each. Max 4 per booth. Registration prices increase after January 31, 2023. You may add a sponsorship to your booth purchase for more exposure at IWPC 2023.
Exhibit hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Tuesday, April 11 and 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Wednesday, April 13. Booth set up is 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday, Monday April 10. Exhibitor Registration includes booth space and a listing in the Conference Program App. See Exhibitor Fact Sheet for more details.
Each representative also will receive an Exhibitor Pass, Tuesday lunch, and (2) Exhibitor Reception drink tickets.
